Practice isolation

Every record belongs to one practice, enforced in the application and again by the database itself.

Multi-factor authentication

Required for every staff and clinician account, with automatic sign-out after inactivity.

Encryption

Encrypted connections everywhere, and patient contact details and messages encrypted at rest.

Audit trail

Access to patient information is logged in an append-only audit log your admins can review.

Minimum necessary

Each role sees only what it needs. Platform staff cannot browse patient records; emergency access is time-limited, justified and visible to your practice.

No trackers

No third-party analytics or advertising scripts on patient pages.

Compliance depends on contracts and operations as well as software. Derm Dynamics signs a Business Associate Agreement with each practice and with every vendor that handles patient information before any patient data is processed.
